It is a sweet snack made by mixing boiled potatoes with a special dabeli masala, putting the mixture in a ladi pav (burger bun), and serving it with chutneys made from tamarind, date, garlic, red chilies and other ingredients. Ethical India feels like a second home!! Chhayaben and the staff is so friendly they make food for you like a family served with love the service is always amazing but what I love the most is the sunday deals as well as some new authentic festive dishes with the same authentic taste!! They're expert in multi cuisine the gujarati punjabi food is amazing but I was surprised how authentic was the ghewar a typical rajasthani dish took me back to my nanihaal. just had that one last day and the taste compelled me to write the honest review. Ghewar is my new favourite along with the authentic KUTCHI DABELI that they make!!
